Lately I have been looking for healthy dinner recipes that don't take a lot of preparation, time standing in the kitchen waiting, or a messy clean up. I have been LOVING the "One Pan" or "One Pot" meals. When all of your ingredients get seasoned, prepped, and tossed into the oven at the same time this limits the time standing around in the kitchen waiting for the next step. Check back for more recipes in the upcoming weeks, but here is my family's favorite dinner from this week.

Thanks for sharing this recipe! I love the idea of baking the chicken and not grilling it! It’s healthier and it makes the food tasty. The food will not lose it’s flavor it it’s baked well. I will certainly opt to do make this recipe tonight. I’m sure that my family will love it! I’ll add coleslaw as a side dish. I want to go home now and start cooking! I will look forward to more of your recipes in the future!
